This is a registered office address and nobody sits there during the day, so post is a slow way to reach us. For anything you need an answer to, email is better.

If a file did not arrive

Tell us which address received the order and roughly when you paid. Check the spam folder first — downloads are sent from an address you have never received mail from, which is exactly what spam filters are built to catch. We resend by hand and it takes minutes.

If you want a refund

Say so in one line. You do not need to explain what you tried or what did not work, and we will not ask. Thirty days, counted from when the payment cleared, for the full amount, returned to the same card. See the refund policy for the detail on live sessions.

If you are asking about a project

It helps to include a link to something you have already posted, what you sell, and roughly when you need the work finished. We will tell you honestly whether we think the problem is the idea or the filming — and we say so even when the answer means you do not need to hire us.

What we cannot help with

We do not take on work we cannot see ourselves doing well: long-form documentary, weddings and events, and anything that needs a crew larger than the two of us. If that is what you need, say so and we will point you somewhere sensible rather than quote for it.
