Refund policy
In force since 20 October 2026.
We sell files you cannot inspect before paying. That asymmetry is ours to carry, not yours, so the policy below is deliberately short on conditions.
The short version
Thirty days on every download. Write one line to [email protected] and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. We do not ask what you tried, we do not ask you to prove anything, and we do not ask you to delete the files.
Downloads
Items HFL-01 through HFL-04, and the download part of the Launch Kit, are refundable for thirty days counted from the moment you pay. Having opened or used the file does not affect this.
Reviews
A Footage Review (HFL-05) is refundable at any point before we send the recording back. Once the review has been delivered it is not refundable, because the work is the recording and you now have it.
If you paid and then changed your mind before sending us anything to review, write to us and we refund in full however long it has been — there is no thirty-day limit on work we never started.
Live sessions
The call in the Launch Kit, both sessions in the Angle Workshop and the filming day in The Quarter are refundable until the session takes place. If you cancel with at least twenty-four hours' notice we refund the whole amount; with less than that we still refund it, but we will ask you to pick a new time first rather than cancel outright.
If we are the ones who cancel or reschedule, you are refunded in full regardless of timing and regardless of how much of the rest you have used.
Monthly and quarterly items
Month of Reviews (HFL-08) and The Quarter (HFL-09) run for a fixed period and end on their own. They are not subscriptions and there is nothing to cancel.
If you want to stop partway, we refund the part that has not run yet, counted in whole weeks. Reviews already delivered and sessions already held are not refunded.
How long it takes
We submit the refund the same working day we read your message. From there it is the card network's timing, not ours — usually five to ten working days before it appears on a statement, sometimes longer with a bank outside the UK.
If something went wrong on our side
A file that never arrived, a corrupted download, a session we missed — tell us and we fix it first. If the fix is not what you wanted, the refund is still there and the thirty days are counted from the day the problem was resolved, not from the day you paid.
Chargebacks
You are entitled to dispute a charge with your bank and we will not argue with you about it. We would rather you wrote to us first, only because a refund from us takes days while a dispute takes weeks and ends in the same place.
Asking
[email protected] — tell us which address received the download. That alone lets us find the payment, so there is no order number to dig up.
